Here are some cool things about ITSMF:

1. They give out special scholarships to young black college students who want to be leaders in technology.
2. If you're a young black student between 17 and 24 years old, ITSMF can connect you with someone older and more experienced who can help you grow and become even better
3. One of the smart people who started ITSMF came up with the term "CIO." That's short for Chief Information Officer, which is a fancy job title in the technology world.
4. ITSMF has a big group of really successful technology leaders from all over the country. They all share their ideas and knowledge to make ITSMF even better.
5. ITSMF has special training programs called Academies. These programs help technology leaders learn new skills and become really good at what they do.
