This was the first meeting of our cohort. Here we were asked to trust the "process" as we introduced ourselves and began this 10-month transformation process.

Fifty-four brilliant minds united to embark on an extraordinary voyage of leadership. We entered the prestigious Leadership Academy as distinct individuals, but emerged transformed into a close-knit Information Technology family.

Our esteemed Management Academy reconvened to delve deeper into the refinement of our leadership abilities. This entailed captivating group and individual presentations on a wide range of topics, that exposed our super powers through team work, active feedback, and self-realization.

New York was all about our "branding". That term took on all new meaning for us after our day and a half deep dive. And of course we can't forget the amazing gala!

We came together and delivered an amazing capstone project!

We did it! After 10 months of books, papers, laughter, tears and so much more we have graduated from the ITSMF Management Academy. We are now ready to pay it forward and to help other African American kids and professionals achieve "Black Excellence".
